Shipping policy

Processing time
Most of our products are made to order. Orders are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless a different time is noted on the product page. Custom pieces may take longer, and any exceptions will be clearly noted.

Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Items in one order may ship separately.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with your local carrier first. Still need help? Email us at girlyrebel@fastmail.com and we'll make it right.

Digital products
Digital downloads are delivered by email right after purchase. Nothing is shipped.
