We want you to love your order. If there's an issue, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition. Please email us at girlyrebel@fastmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Final Sale Items

Custom/personalized items, digital downloads, sale pieces and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
